Gelidus Power Info

Gelidus have the power of Ice and snow.

Strengths: Ice, snow, cold weather.

Weaknesses: hot temperatures. They have the ability to freeze water to a point, but only in extreme cold. They can not control water at all, only freeze it.

Abilities:

1.) the ability to move and form snow. Usually these minimal abilities are used by cubs during play. Levitation of snow in minimal at this age, only to the form of throwing snow balls. Elders have been known to only use snow to prevent the discomfort and physical demands of moving ice.

2.) A more mature gelidus will start to be able to form and levitate Ice as well as snow. snow can be frozen to ice, and ice can be formed into sharp objects that can be used as a projectile weapon.

3.) The ultimate power of the gelidus is the ability to move and control mass quantities of ice and snow. This has nothing to do with age, but skill, practice and strength of the heart and the mind. Pillars can be formed upward from snow, creating a elevating plat form, and ice can be contorted to create shields, blocks, or even huge weapons. These moves can not be preformed if self confidence is lacking, nor if the gelidus is not fit and strong.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
Gelidus travel in packs and so in battle a large group of level 3 gelidus would be more useful than any other. so training is very pressed in this society.
